Winery & Terroir
Domaine Des Tourelles Carignan comes from old vines averaging 50 years of age, rooted in the heart of the Bekaa Valley at 1,050 meters. The dry-farmed vineyards grow on clay-limestone soils, producing naturally concentrated and balanced grapes. Harvesting is done by hand, fermentation relies on indigenous yeasts, and the wine is aged for 24 months in concrete vats, preserving purity, freshness, and an authentic expression of its high-altitude terroir.
Tasting Note & Pairing —
Deep, dark ruby, The wine opens with vibrant aromas of fig, raspberry, cranberry, and a subtle touch of licorice. The palate is fresh, precise, and fruit-driven, supported by lively acidity and supple tannins, leading to a clean and elegant finish. This Carignan pairs beautifully with spiced or marinated meats, barbecue dishes, grilled vegetables.
