Winery & Terroir .
SKARYA Red is born in Beit Lahia, in the Eastern Bekaa, from vineyards aged 25 to 43 years spread across Ain Arab, Yanta, and Beit Lahia. The clay-limestone soils, combined with bright days and cool Anti-Lebanon nights, allow slow and balanced ripening, shaping a wine with freshness, structure, and a discreet mineral spine.
Tasting Note & Pairing .
The wine displays a deep ruby color. The nose opens with black cherry, blackberry, and plum, lifted by hints of clove, cedar, and a gentle herbal touch. The palate is full, structured, and refined, with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a subtle mineral imprint. The finish is long, warm, and delicately spiced, echoing ripe dark fruits.
This profile pairs beautifully with grilled lamb chops, slow-cooked beef, spiced Levantine dishes, aged cheddar, or charcuterie with herbal notes, enhancing both the wine’s depth and its aromatic richness.
