Château QANAFAR is a family-owned estate in the Ouest Bekaa Valley, at around 1,200 m altitude, on clay-limestone
soils. The vineyards enjoy a mix of sunlight and cool mountain breezes, producing grapes with natural freshness and a vibrant
mineral character. Careful hand-harvesting and minimal intervention winemaking lets the terroir express itself fully.
Tasting Note:
This Riesling offers bright aromas of citrus, white flowers, and delicate stone fruit, with a subtle mineral touch. The palate is fresh, lively, and elegant, with well-integrated acidity and moderate alcohol (~13.5%), leading to a long and refined finish. It pairs beautifully with Sushi, Ceviche, Oysters, Crab Legs, Smoked Fish, and is also excellent as a sophisticated aperitif. Expressive, precise, and elegant, this wine is a standout Lebanese white that can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for further development.
