Winery & Terroir
Allow me to introduce a rosé born from the historic vineyards of Château Kefraya, located in the West Bekaa at around 1,000m altitude. Limestone and clay soils, combined with strong sunlight and cool mountain nights, shape a wine of finesse, freshness, and bright aromatic purity.
Tasting Note:
A pale, radiant salmon hue. The nose opens with strawberry, wild raspberry, citrus zest, rose petals, and a light herbal touch. The palate is fresh, crisp, and delicately textured, offering lively acidity and subtle red-fruit notes, finishing clean, dry, and elegant.
Pairs With: A beautiful match for Mediterranean salads, grilled shrimp, sushi, mezze, light cheeses, or a simple sunset aperitif.
