Château KEFRAYA is a historic estate in the Bekaa Valley, with vineyards on terraced slopes about 1,000 m above sea level. Its soils form a mosaic of clay-limestone, sandy, and gravelly terrains. The climate is semi‑continental, and the wine is made using a blend of tradition and modern winemaking techniques.
Tasting Note:
The Comtesse de M Blanc is a blend of Chardonnay and Viognier, aged for 24 months in French oak. It shows a bright yellow color with golden highlights, revealing expressive aromas of toast, apricot, honey, gingerbread and lime. On the palate, the wine is round and full-bodied, with a fine balance between delicate oak, fruity purity, and mineral undertones. Pairs wonderfully with rich seafood (lobster, scallops), creamy poultry dishes, shellfish, and both soft and agedcheeses.
