Château KEFRAYA is an iconic estate in the Bekaa Valley, situated on terraced hills with clay-limestone, sandy, and gravelly soils. The climate is semi-continental with significant temperature swings between day and night, and the wine is crafted with careful blending, combining tradition and modern winemaking expertise.

Tasting Note:
The 2023 Château KEFRAYA white, a blend of Chardonnay and Vermentino, has a medium-bright yellow color. It opens with delicate aromas of jasmine and green tea, with a subtle touch of oak. The palate shows tropical fruit and citrus flavors, offering richness and length, while a fine minerality gives a clean, elegant finish. Pairs perfectly with grilled seafood, shellfish, sushi, white meats, and soft cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif.
