Allow me to introduce you to a wine I truly appreciate. ATIBAIA White 2023 comes from a boutique winery in the mountains of Smar JBEIL,where vines grow between 400–600m on limestone and clay soils. This unique terroir brings natural freshness, balance, and a clean mineral edge.

Tasting Note:
The 2023 White has a pale golden color. It is a blend of
Chardonnay and Viognier, aged in French oak barrels. It openswith elegant aromas of dried apricot, white flowers, and a hint
of white peach. The palate is rich and persistent, with a buttery texture, subtle hazelnut notes, and delicate fruit, finishing
beautifully balanced.
Pairs beautifully with seafood, grilled fish, soft cheeses, and
light poultry dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif
