Description

Winery & Terroir:
Produced in Smar Jbeil, in the mountainous landscapes ofNorth Lebanon, Atibaia Red is born from high-altitude vineyards rooted in limestone-rich soils. The cooler northern climate shapes a refined, structured wine with vibrant acidity and deep aromatic purity. This boutique estate focuses on small-batch excellence, delivering a Lebanese red with a distinctly Mediterranean elegance.
Tasting Note:
Color: Deep ruby with bright crimson reflections.
Nose: Ripe cherry, blackcurrant and raspberry layered with violet, cedar, pepper, and fine Mediterranean herbs.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied, fresh and precise. Silky tannins support red and black fruit, subtle spice and a clean, persistent finish that reflects both altitude and craftsmanship.
Pairing: A natural match for grilled lamb chops, herb crusted beef, duck breast, or Mediterranean stews. It pairs beautifully with semi-hard cheeses like Tomme, or a refined goat cheese to highlight its freshness and finesse.
