Noël WEHBE

From his childhood in Lebanon, Noël has been fascinated by the aromas, textures, and stories that each bottle of wine can tell. After specialized studies in Bordeaux at the WorldSom Academy of Sommeliers and earning a certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET), he traveled the world, working in prestigious cellars, luxury hotels, renowned restaurants, and wine houses in France and Lebanon. These experiences allowed him to develop a rare expertise: conveying the emotions of wine through tasting, revealing its secrets, and creating memorable moments. The idea of Le Voyageur des Sens was born from a simple yet powerful observation: wine should no longer be merely tasted—it should live and speak to each individual, adapting to their tastes, emotions, and universe. Noël envisioned a concept where every glass becomes a personalized experience, where knowledge and poetry intertwine to awaken the senses.

Wissam M. KASSOUF

Wissam brings his unique expertise from creating and managing La Vie En Rose and O’Bois Restaurant. His talent lies in transforming every event into an exceptional moment, where organization, creativity, and human warmth come together to elevate the experience. His vision complements Noël’s sensory approach: together, they create experiences where wine and hospitality respond to and enrich each other.
