Comte de M is the prestige cuvée of Château KEFRAYA. located in the Western Bekaa at around 1,000–1,100 meters altitude. The estate enjoys abundant sunlight, cool nights, and a mosaic of micro-parcels, offering a terroir rich in clay-limestone, stones, and silt.
Tasting Note : Color: Deep ruby with refined garnet edges.
Nose: Layers of blackberry, cassis and ripe plum lifted by cedar, clove, cocoa and a discreet smoky tone.
Palate: Full-bodied, rich and impeccably structured, with firm yet silky tannins carrying dark fruit, spices and dark chocolate toward a long, majestic finish.
Pairing: Its power and finesse shine with dry-aged ribeye, braised lamb shank, duck breast, venison, or beef tenderloin with truffle jus. For cheese, choose aged Comté, Mimolette extra-vieille, or a bold blue cheese to match its depth.
