Allow me to introduce a proud ambassador of Bekaa Valley, crafted at nearly 1,000 m altitude. Château Saint Thomas thrives on limestone soils, generous sunlight, and cool mountain nights, shaping reds with structure, freshness, and a refined aromatic profile deeply rooted in the Bekaa’s character.
Tasting Note: Deep garnet red with a dark, concentrated core and subtle purple reflections, elegant and expressive, unveiling layers of blackberry, plum, sweet spice, cedar, and a soft touch of mocha. Full-bodied, structured, and harmonious, showing ripe dark fruits, lively acidity, and firm, polished tannins. The finish is long, warm, slightly smoky, carrying the signature depth of the Bekaa Valley.
