Allow me to introduce you to a wine I truly admire. Château KSARA sits in the Bekaa Valley at around 1,000 m altitude, benefiting from a semi‐continental climate with hot, dry summers and cool nights. Stony soil composed of chalk, clay, and limestone, which provide both structure and elegance.
Tasting Note:
The Cuvée du Pape White is made from 100% Chardonnay. It presents a bright golden hue, with aromas of citrus, stone fruit, and toasted vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and textured, with creamy richness, subtle oak, and a long, layered finish. Pairs very well with grilled seafood, poultry in creamy sauces, fresh mezzes, and soft cheeses. It also makes an elegant aperitif.
