Allow me to introduce you to a wine I truly appreciate. Khoury Rêve Blanc comes from Château Khoury, a family‑run estate perched at 1,300 meters above sea level on the eastern foothills of Mount Lebanon. Its vineyards sit on clay limestone soils, in a continentalclimate with hot days, cool nights, and strong temperature variation.
Tasting Note:
This white is a blend of Chardonnay, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. The 2023 Rêve Blanc shows a pale gold color, with fresh and open aromas of pineapple, and grapefruit. On the palate, it is soft, light, and lively, combining citrus, apple with spices and rosewood notes, fresh with a long finish. Pairs beautifully with light seafood, grilled fish, soft cheeses, and delicate white meats.
